Pierce Park Kids
Children (K-6)
At Pierce Park, it is our desire that every child knows that God loves him/her, that He has a plan for his/her life and that the Lord is with him/her each and every day. Children (especially at an early age) have great interest in knowing Who God Is, How to Talk to Him, What Heaven Is Like as well as many other questions. Our children’s ministry uses this God-given interest to lay a spiritual, Christ-centered foundation for kids.
Our children’s ministry provides opportunities for children to grow in their relationship with Jesus through Bible study (Sunday School and Pioneer Clubs), Prayer, Worship, Fellowship, and other special events and activities.
Opportunities to get connected: Sunday School, Pioneer Clubs, Vacation Bible School, special events
Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
Pioneer Clubs
Wednesdays: 6:15pm – 7:30pm CANCELED
Pioneer Clubs® is a children’s midweek ministry for today’s kids, age Kindergarten through 6th grade. Each week this Christ-centered club integrates spiritual and personal development to help boys and girls build healthy relationships with caring Christian adults, peers and, most importantly, Christ. Your child will participate in Bible study for kids, Scripture memory, life skills development and emphasis on relational discipleship and outreach.
Pioneer Clubs midweek ministry helps teach children to put “Christ in every aspect of life.” The window of opportunity for people to learn about God and make faith decisions is greatest between ages 4 and 13. We consider it a privilege to help equip and support a team of club leaders who are reaching your child for Christ.
Youth (Jr HS – HS)
The Youth Ministry is an opportunity for young people to connect and be transformed by the Living Word of God through fellowship and Bible study. This ministry provides a foundation for them to grow closer to Christ and helps them walk according to God’s plan and purpose for their lives.
Psalms 119:9-16, “How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Praise be to you, O Lord; teach me your decrees. With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth. I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways. I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.”
Other opportunities to get connected:
Sunday morning Life group, Youth Camp, Ski and Share, Sonfest, and other special events.
